What payment types do you accept ? We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and American Express(processed by Paypal).
When will my order ship ? We will ship orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday.If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail .
When will I receive my order ? Depending on your location you should recieve most orders within 5-10 days. Some items are shipped separatley and may not arive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock but are usually re-stocked within 2-3 days
Can I get my items sooner? We will be happy to accomadate any request for expedited shipping (next day air, 2nd day air, etc.). Additional charges will apply. Please call us for a qoute at 1-877-746-6494.
Do you e-mail tracking numbers ? Yes. Tracking numbers are e-mailed when UPS process the shipment.
Do you accept returns ? All of the products that are sold by UTV Headquarters are top quality, however if for some reason you are not happy with the products you purchase you can return them within Thirty days for a full refund (return shipping is at the customer's expense). In certain circumstances a re-stocking fee may apply.
Note: There are no returns on special ordered items.
